For my S&W M28, I obtained a set of factory smooth combat grips vintage 1958. Went to range this morning with a couple of boxes of factory 158 gr. Dam, those things soften recoil nicely! Now, it feels like a 38+p.
Friend , ex pd armorer, gave me a pair..,new. loved em.
