The clowns are the people that nominated Bush, McStain, Romney, and the poster child for the Viagra commercials. The clowns are the people running the Republican party right now. The clowns are the Republicans that either actively support illegal immigration or don't have the balls to say anything about it. I like Trump and will vote for him if I can. He is likely to get votes from a lot of the Blue Dog Democrats IMHO has a lot of potential to become President.
Did I miss a reference or was Rick Perry not mentioned in this thread so far?
On Trump, if he ends up being the nominee on the Repub side I'd vote for him. Same with Cruz or Perry. Not sure if I'd vote for Rubio I think he's soft or will be soft on illegals. Bush ends up the candidate, I've decided I'm staying home and the same goes for Christie!

That would be us. Specifically it would be Democrats who in the 27 or so states with open primaries choose who will be the Republican nominee for that state. So, the clowns are us in the states with open primaries for letting the Democrats have a say in who the Republican nominee will be. The Democrats, on the other hand, show just how cunning they are (and why they should not be trusted) by talking all voters into believing that the only fair way to have a primary is to allow everyone, not matter what party affiliation, to vote for all candidates, again no matter what party affiliation. Until we voters change this I see nominating a good Republican as being very difficult. Either we will get a liberal (like McCain) or a weak (like Romney) candidate. Either, I believe, is still better than a Democrat. But I still look at each candidate and vote for the one I think is best and the one that most closely follows the Constitution.

Funny, the one most likely to follow the constitution gets laughed at everytime... she... says anything.
The she I am talking about hasn't "thrown her hat into the ring" as of yet.
This is interesting. I look at all candidates to give each a chance at earning my vote. Some, like Barry Sanders, lose my vote pretty much just by opening their mouths, others, I look at much longer. I will say that when looking at what candidates support Democrats are always farther away from the Constitution than Republicans. For me it is not automatic but the results are the same!

Most don't see it that way, they see it as "not compromising their beliefs" (similar to what we have seen expressed in this thread). You are correct, though. Just like those who would not compromise their beliefs and voted for Perot caused President Clinton to be elected, those who vote for the third party candidate when the third party has no chance of winning cause the person they are rebelling against to lose.
