    My apology to the forum

Guys, I have to apologize for being such an ass today. I'm stressed and pissed off about things that have nothing to do with anybody who posts here. Sorry for the showing my ass, guys. I'm really sorry for making such a spectacle in Itorlo's thread. This forum has gone through enough drama that I'm sure nobody wants to see that shit.

Itorlo, I apologize for ruining your thread twice. Even after you said something I went right back to arguing.

NA, sorry for the talking to you like a smart ass with a bad attitude. I should have better self control even when I feel slighted.

El Jefe, I apologize for the personal attacks I used. I especially apologize for the aggressive nature of my last two posts. While I have no excuse, I do want to explain. I had just walked back in the door from a five mile jog/walk (alternating) in the 90 degree heat. When I made those last posts I was overheated and had a maxed out heart rate. I know thats not an excuse but I want you to know that it was physical exercise that had me worked up, not anything to do with you.

So again, sorry for loosing my temper and acting like a jackass today.

Anyone here who prays, please add the following to your lists:
    1. Funkypertwee's undisclosed personal issue.
    2. Funkypertwee's health issues and medical bills.
    3. Funkypertwee's career needs help getting started.
    4. Mother's ongoing health issues.
    5. Mother's ongoing housing issues.
    6. Mother's ongoing financial issues.

My Mother's housing and financial issues are related to her ongoing divorce. The circumstances of the divorce are ones that the members here would support divorcing over, FYI.

I promise to try and manage my temper better and not take things out on the forum. If someone sees me going down the rabbit hole, feel free to remind me of this.

    Thanks.

    I'm a little disappointed...if I don't have to fuck off, I will have a boring evening later.

As for the prayer list...more than happy to add my prayers on you and you mother's behalf. I have found when things get bad, they will get better.

Hey, a lot of us on here can be asses at times. I know I can. Ha, no excuse for me though.

I need to get better about being personal. Will try. Man of you to apologize though, so here is a cookie.

You also know if you want to talk about any of your issues, this place rocks for that. Think we are all, to varying degree's, friends on here.

Not a problem. I see threads like conversations. Where they start is very seldom where they end up.

Sorry for the issues you shared with us. I will keep them in my prayers.

For me personally, the fact that we all bring a unique perspective to an issue and don't always agree 100% is a big plus. This is not the same as trolling. Also, none of us really knows the personal struggles the others are dealing with. I've shared mine with a very small number of members and they with me. But never assume that a person isn't dealing with personal struggles or issues on some level and always cut a little slack because you never really know.
Funky you have always struck me as a stand up guy and a gentleman. Your apology though unnecessary, speaks volumes to your character. I wish you the best with the issues you are dealing with in your life.

It takes a big man to publicly state when he believes he has been wrong, imo.

Best wishes for resolving all the health & family issues. I have some experience there myself.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. It really means a lot to me. More than I can express.
