Does anyone have experience with MechTech CCU's?

I ran across this today. Has anyone had any experience with these? I would think a G20 in 10 mm paired with a CCU in 10 mm would kick ass!

Well it would give a person a pistol carbine to match their handgun for a fairly low price. I personally have no experience with one.

My buddy bought one of these Mech Tech's recently for his Glock 17. Right out of the box it burned through one mag perfectly. Mags 2 through 6: Jam-o-matic. Stove pipes and split brass left and right. Went back and reloaded the first mag to make sure his other mags weren't a factor, and sure as hell, more of the same. All ammo fired was Federal brass cased 9mm Luger 115 grain FMJ, and performed flawlessly using my Glock 19. I personally will never buy one. I'd just buy a carbine that took my Glock mags myself.
