Anyone using a JP Silent Captured Spring in their 556 AR?

I'm looking to get three measurements off of it if you don't mind.

What is the total length of the unit (assembled together)
    What the compression distance?
How long is the section that has the weights on it.

Hopefully someone has one of these they can do a quick measure on.

Nope, not me. Nearly 140 bucks to do what a 5 buck spring does ... nope.

Agreed. But I figure with about 8 dollars in raw materials I cam make my own. I've got plans to whip out about 1/2 dozen of the things. From what I've read they really make a difference when you are using a silencer.

Not me. I use the Tubb Precision flat coils springs. They are quieter than round coil springs
