    EPA causes mine waste spill

The Employment Prevention Agency is at it again.
I wonder if the .gov will hit itself with fines and penalties and give the money to the mine owner? Fair is fair, right?
The first entry in the comments section shows the continuing liberal mindset.

I still don't read "how" EpA caused the spill, just that it happened.

    OOPS!

EPA takes blame for Animas River contamination

Investigators underestimated the amount of wastewater. The plan was to excavate loose material that collapsed into the cave entry. That dirt and rock debris had backed up in the entry. During excavation, loose material gave way, opening the mine tunnel and spilling water stored behind the encasement, Shaun McGrath, the regional administrator for the EPA, said at the meeting. He indicated that the debris may have burst through anyway if it had not been dealt with by somebody.

Those worthless bastards were up here a couple years ago harassing small mining operations. I hope the next time they come up someone has organized a surprise party for them and feeds a few to the ravens and magpies.
Usually sufferers of paraphilic infantilism are proud of their condition. Kinda like being a liberal. Your mental flaws are there for the entire world to see, and you're damned proud of it. - tank_monkey

    Oh, well that's OK then
But it hadn't yet and I think someone has
to figure out the fine the co. would have received and fine the epa, then
fire the person that made the decision to "Ok start digging here"

Shaun McGrath would not have taken any excuse from this co., so
why should anyone take an excuse from him??

Well, kinda like the cdc has incredibly dangerous diseases spread about the country in labs that sometimes find their way outside the lab, kinda like how the fbi creates terrorism cases by framing retards, kinda like the cia created al qaeda/isis/taliban to fight the Russians in Astan in the late 70s, kinda like the atf selling guns to criminal syndicates that end up being used to kill federal officers as well as US citizens, kinda like presidents who don't defend and support the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Oh and our borders are wide open for anyone who wants to come to America.
