I wonder what they will sell for? The link shows these will have the rubberized coating on the wood. Wonder how much cushion that would have as far as recoil? Perhaps you could make it work with those mini-shot shells?

I have handled the new norinco 1887 shorty and it sucks. The internals are rough and flimsy. Looks exactly like this one but regular wood and blued steel.

I don't trust Norinco's QC. Also not everyone is a great 'garage gunsmith'. A lot of folks don't have the tools to not fuck it up completely.

In order to make it like Terminator 2: they'd have to cut the trigger guard and enlarge the loop as seen here.

Also I'd rather have WOOD than that black plastic crap for furniture any day.

It actually has wood but with a rubber type coating over it. Why they did that is beyond me. Perhaps so they didn't have to use a higher grade wood or maybe because a rubber dip is faster/cheaper than sanding and varnishing the wood?

They must have determined that coating the wood in rubber was cheaper than buying or making synthetic stocks.

Mossberg does something similar with their little scout style bolt actions.

When I drug the mouse over the shotgun the fit and finish look cheap.
I am not willing to pay for bad-ass concept shotguns.
While no one ever listens to me,
I am constantly being told to be quiet.
