    What is an Illegal Gun

As I read this article I was struck by two things. First, that someone could write it and it not be considered satire (it is not satire, it is considered a very serious piece of reporting in DC). Second, after reviewing the Constitution I cannot figure out what an "illegal gun" is.

D.C. officials announced they are re-launching the district's illegal gun initiative, about an hour before D.C. police said they were investigating their 98th homicide of 2015.

According to the no longer used constitution of the seemingly former United States of America there were no illegal "arms".

No idea? To my mind a gun can be "illegaly" owned or I guess if you require registration an unregistered gun could be "illegal".

I thought it was a gun that came into the country without promising to vote Dimocrat or donate to the Clinton foundation.

DC will treat ALL guns as illegal, regardless.

Well if you have a legal firearm you should be good to go?

How do they do that on the street?

Do you mean? Scratch that...you shall be detained till they find out?

thats a gun that sneaks into the country (usually from mexico, cuba, or peurto rico (aka " 'rikans " )) without going through the proper channels. they come to this country to take the jobs of legal american guns. it should be noted, though, that if an illegal gun takes part in producing another gun while in this country, said gun then becomes illegal, and is subject to taxpayers benefits.
