I've had one for about a month, put about 200 rounds through it and have not noticed this problem, and i do have the tapered bolt cap. Seems like a non-issue to me, if you chamber a round and the safety moves, well duh, just move it back to safety. I guess in today's world where manufacturers are held responsible for their customers stupidity, recalls like this are a necessity.

I won't be sending mine in.
