judge Barbadoro, Let's look at that name.
Paul J. Barbadoro (b. 1955) is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He joined the court in 1992 after being nominated by President George H.W. Bush. Previously, Barbadoro was a private practice attorney in New Hampshire.[1]
So once again Bush did it!

So? Technically the judge is not wrong. That's a sound baffle. It DOES dance on the end of a pin as to whether it's designed to lower sound or control muzzle climb. The judge wasn't crazy. Sadly enough what we need to do is to GET RID of the actual FED LAW or modify it PROPERLY.

I'm disappointed in New Hampshire. I would think that someone in the state with the motto "Live Free or Die" would side more with the consumer.

Unfortunately, the liberal mindset is that the only way to truly live free is for government to control all areas of life. They say they don't believe this, but their actions speak much louder than words.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!
