    Question Walther P1 "Gunsmith Specials"

Kind a reminds me of the old Century 5 fer specials. Wonder what these would take to get restore proper function? $175.00 doesn't seem like a bad price unless parts are just too hard to come by.

Whoops! Need to get my eyes checked. Wonder if anyone got one when they were in stock? It's been awhile since I noticed any "gunsmith specials" on anything. I always enjoyed the Century deals especially on the MN 91/30. On occasion they were pretty rough but I can recall getting 3 complete rifles out of the five which wasn't bad for $100 plus you never know what markings you might run across. Ah, the good old days of C&R.
