You'all talked me into it. I was able to change the order so I am getting the 6" barrel. Now to wait about 14 days for it to arrive. At least it is not 6 months like when I ordered my Garand from CMP!

Those are pretty cool, but what is G10. I like the grips that Richard posted. Real wood looks best. I will have to shop around. I also have a friend who does a lot of wood working, I am going to have to see if he could make me a nice set of grips to replace the rubber ones that will come on the gun.I wouldn't be disapointed either. I got a call from the Exchange gun counter and I was told the gun should be in next week as the supplier had a couple in stock. Getting pretty excited.

We found out what "dealing" with progressive lefties is all about. Our side gives up something, they give up nothing and the progressives come back in a month or a year and want us to give up more... rinse and repeat...

Picked it up today! I will post pictures in sometime this weekend. I tried to ease my wife into the size of it because I knew she would look at it and think I had bought a hand cannon. Turns out I was right! That 6" barrel makes the gun look huge, but it is going to really help recoil. Now to get some ammo and take it to the range.
