Bizarre is all I can say, he had it there for a moment but to take 30 seconds to get 3 cups of water
will not do. Probably had one of those water saving sinks the kind where you push the faucet and it runs
for 10 seconds at 4 pounds of pressure and you have to re push the handle.

I saw this. The guy is a moron and as mentioned probably under the influence of something.
I have those lighters. They are called a permanent match.
The amount of lighter fluid he added was 10-20 times more than it could hold. You can see him squeezing the can a few times.
All you do it give it a light squeeze until it overflows. Then turn it upside down and let the excess drain.
They are a nice lighter.
