    Anybody here ever pickle their own eggs?



    I have discovered there are a lot of videos on youtube showing how. It seems to me a great way to have good protein stored away.

    Now throw in some sliced kielbasa. Some thin and some 2" long. That will give you some protein and necessary fats.

    A favorite addition is the juice from a bottle of sweet pickled beets. It gives color and a hint of sweet.

    Little Smokies make a good pickled sausage also.

    And don't forget the hot pepper or three...
    We found out what "dealing" with progressive lefties is all about. Our side gives up something, they give up nothing and the progressives come back in a month or a year and want us to give up more... rinse and repeat...

    Well, they are kinda good, but too vinegary.
