Cool Zastava M70A Tokarev 9mm Pistol

Now here's a pistol we haven't seen in the USA chambered in 9 mm since Bill Clinton cut off the Chicom weapons being imported. Norinco use to sell a 9 mm Tokarev, nice seeing Zastava arsenal made Tokes in 9x19. I see they hold 9 rounds, not bad for a straight single stack magazine gun.

    A very reasonable price also...
We found out what "dealing" with progressive lefties is all about. Our side gives up something, they give up nothing and the progressives come back in a month or a year and want us to give up more... rinse and repeat...

Very intriguing. I've always wanted a Tok variant.

I have one, great pistol and the longer grip frame makes it much more comfortable than a russian pattern tok. Mags are a bit expensive and hard to find ($30 a pop).

I would like to have one just for the cold war collection.

Go for it! I don't know how long these are going to be around, the price is certainly mild.

Were these actually carried in the Cold War or are they a 9mm variant of what was carried in the Cold War?

Yugoslavia wasn't under the same economic controls as the rest of eastern europe during the cold war. I would not be surprised if they used these during a time when their political situation led them to having greater access to western ammunition sources. 9mm was a German cartridge, and we already know the Yugoslavians loved them some 8mm mauser.

Is it it 9x19 or 7.62x25?
