Interesting that there is not much information out there yet. They are not even saying that the guy was targeting the Planned Parenthood clinic, though they are also not saying that he was not. What little information I have been able to read seems to show that the guy was not targeting employees and that he shot at least one guy who was in a different parking lot (if I understood the geometry in the story). That guy lived and was shot in his car as he was trying to leave.

I saw a rumor last night that it started as a bank robber and he escaped into the PP. So far, the only new info is his name and that he's from North Carolina.

I just heard from a close friend of mine. She thinks she worked for the shooter at his family business until it was destroyed by Hurricane Hugo in 1989.

I'm going to keep following this to find out if it is the same person.

I was just reading that of the 11 people shot, 5 were police, 6 were civilians, and none worked for or were patients at the PP clinic. First, initial report so it could very well be wrong. If it is right, how he ended up there becomes very interesting.
