Merry Christmas America! from the gop

Paul Ryan Partners With Barack Obama To Betray America With ‘Fundamental Transformation’ Spending Bill
A vote could occur as early as Thursday after midnight, giving lawmakers and the public only one full business day to review the 2,242 page package. The Ryan-Pelosi package represents nothing short of a complete and total betrayal of the American people.

    (1) Ryan’s Omnibus Fully Funds DACA
    (2) Ryan’s Omnibus Funds Sanctuary Cities
    (3) Ryan’s Omnibus Funds All Refugee Programs
    (4) Ryan’s Omnibus Funds All of the Mideast Immigration Programs That Have Been Exploited by Terrorists in Recent Years
    (5) Ryan’s Omnibus Funds Illegal Alien Resettlement
    (6) Ryan’s Omnibus Funds the Release of Criminal Aliens
    (7) Ryan’s Omnibus Quadruples H-2B Foreign Worker Visas
    (8) Ryan’s Omnibus Funds Tax Credits for Illegal Aliens
    (9) Ryan’s Omnibus Locks-In Huge Spending Increases
    (10) Ryan’s Omnibus Fails to Allocate Funds to Complete the 700-Mile Double-Layer Border Fence That Congress Promised the American People

I don't really know much about Ryan, but when he was being nominated, I found it curious that the Dims seemed okay with him....now I know why...

Hopefully as with all "information" on the net, members will go to the link and read the opinions and assumptions provided and do some independent research on the items listed. Then again, may be they won't. Either way I than the OP for the Christmas wishes.

    "Merry xmas, America!"???????????????????

If it wasn't for Christ, there would be no Christmas, so please drop the "X". Thank you.

And in that light, Merry Christmas to all my friends and cohorts on Gunsnet!

Though it is an abbreviation X means Xristos which is Greek Orthodox for Christ. So X does mean Christ, except in a classical language.

I could not give a shit about any of the opinions or assumptions about those things. They should not have passed it. Think I want to fund King Barack Care? Think I want more syrians in this country? Think I agree with sanctuary cities? Think I am going to give a shit about why the dimocrats in the gop voted for it? Just bent over? I will not vote in 16 if its one of these asswipes. I will not take part in destroying our country. I will vote in the ks primaries, I will vote if one of the two people I agree with gets it. But I am not a communist, and will not vote for socialism with the dimocratic party. You go ahead, along with anyone else that thinks it better than not voting. And YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for what continues to happen to this country. As long as we support the current government by voting for the single party socialist system we now have, you are a part of the problem.

    I am pissed about this.
    "What sick, barbaric bastards.

It's one thing to use terrorism to make a political statement, but the wanton mutilation and suffering of innocents? How does that forward your political goals? When done in the name of religion, how does that earn you brownie points with God?

Fuck religious extremism. And especially fuck the "religion of peace." "

So, lagcsocialist supports terrorism AS LONG AS ITS FOR POLITICAL ENDS....

I'm never voting for people I don't really support anymore. Unfortunately, that may mean that I don't vote in the presidential race this time.

December 25 is based on the pre-Christian winter solstice Holiday. Combining winter solstice with the birth of Christ is sort of our own cultural thing. The Dutch actually have separate holidays for Santa Claus (or Sinterklaas) and the celebration of Christ's birth.

I think people get too caught up in the religious aspect. The secularism of the modern holiday ruins it for Christians that think it should be strictly a religious holiday, and some non-religious folks can't seem to enjoy it. I really have no idea why an athiests can't enjoy the secualr aspects of Christmas, and feel the need to totally reject it.

    I imagine these few are the only Americans in the house;

"Ryan won 150 GOP votes, a majority of his conference that represents a big victory for the new Speaker. Ninety-five Republicans voted against the measure.

    Only 18 Democrats voted against
the spending bill, while 166 supported it."

WoW maybe my rep EMMER got the hint, he actually voted against it. How scary is that more R's voted against it, and very few craps did!!!!!!!! This speaks volumes of the establishment. Guess I have it wrong. It's time to get rid of Boehner 2.0 and those following him that are dems in disguise.
