I would ask that judge when did it become legal to tax a person's Constitutional right? What other Constitutional rights are taxed?
If we pay a tax, can we own slaves? If we pay a tax, can we legally make idiots STFU? If I pay a tax, can I move into someone else's house (I'd go for a mansion with an indoor pool) without their permission?
This judge needs to be disbarred and put in jail for treason. And, unless he's paid a tax to have legal representation in court, he can be thrown in jail without a trial or a lawyer.
