I don't know how things are done nowadays (aka those bar codes on the new Military IDs are alien to me) but is this guy a CIVILIAN employee of the ARMY? I've seen tons of civilian employees who were not technically soldiers by any stretch of the imagination. If so then he should not be wearing the uniform, but is he still entitled to goods from the PX and other DOD related sources?
