Not sure about that program, but I was talking to a friend of mine who had a dealer's and armorer's license the other day. He said that, unknown to most people, Obama wrote another EO that hired, and trained 2,800 more ATF agents and they were told to go around and check to see if all dealers were in compliance with the guns laws (in other words, harass those dealers who still had their licenses).
He had previously let his dealer's license lapse, after being harassed by another agent a short while ago, and the new agent visited and started giving him some grief about his armorer's license, so he told her to just take the license and be done with it.
She did and he's been left alone ever since.
Whatever this new program is, it isn't good for any dealers anywhere and it's main purpose to get rid of as many dealers as possible.
This new program is just another example of Obama's "back door" gun control.

Isn't this what william jefferson clinton did during his reign of destruction? Shut down a whole lot of "kitchen counter" dealers?
Yes he cut the FFL licnese holders more than in half. They made BATFE use zoning code to shut the home based dealers down.Originally Posted by imanaknut
