    Can anyone identify this rifle?

    Person shooting it is Karl Hoecker. It looks like a Husqvarna model 46... amiright?

    I'd say more like 2:00 or a little later....but not much later. Plus, it would depend on how far away from the Equator they are.

    Your Guess of Husqvarna Mod46 is pretty good. There are details which are different. I'm not sure what it is. My first guess was a Mauser 98 Sporter Model B but the butterknife bolt handle isn't there. It's Karl Hoecker in the pic, no? I can check to see if there is any reference to what he may have used for target practice back in the day.

    Looks like a Masuer sporting rifle of some sort. Has a round bolt knob on it. Just not enough detail is visible to really say even when I blow up the image 400%.

    Considering you can't tell if it is am or pm it could be 11:00 to 11:30 in the morning. Just saying.
