    I am sure the Teflon queen wannabee will find a way around the definition of "is". After all, to paraphrase, at this point what does it really matter.

    By her standards there is a statute of limitations that runs out the second after an offence is committed.

    And in my heart, I really hope that for once in a democrat's life, their illegal doings will finally get the attention it needs.

    Anybody else would already be wearing orange. I think this time she's done enough for long enough that the Clinton street sweepers can clean up her mess enough to get her off.

    I was listening to a news report on this yesterday. First, the report is saying she violated State Department policy regarding her e-mail server and her preservation of records. The State Department policy for the preservation of records is based on law, so in essence by violating the policy, she violated the law. The law, however, provides for no penalties should it be violated. What is the use of a law if there is no penalty for violation?

    If she isn't sent to lesbian paradise over the volume of classified info she passed, I doubt if she'll be wearing orange any time soon, but there's always hope!!!!!!!

    Also, they're circling the wagons;
    Hillary Clinton aide moves to block release of deposition video
    "We are concerned that snippets or soundbites of the deposition may be publicized in a way that exploits Ms. Mills’ image and voice in an unfair and misleading manner," attorneys Beth Wilkinson and Alexandra Walsh wrote in the motion submitted to U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan. "Ms. Mills is not a party to this action. She is a private citizen appearing voluntarily to assist in providing the limited discovery the Court has permitted. ... Judicial Watch should not be allowed to manipulate Ms. Mills’ testimony, and invade her personal privacy, to advance a partisan agenda that should have nothing to do with this litigation."

    "And how we burned in the camps later thinking, what would things have been like, if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain, whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?"
