Since black lives matter so much, the Chicago PD needs to stop patrolling specified parts of Chicago so that those who fear police will not have to worry about death by cop.
And rescue personnel need to stay out too.
Yes, more gun control is needed in Chicago. Clear the streets of guns by keeping the police away from "special" neighborhoods.
