Five dead in Dallas reported this morning and 6 others injured. Also at least 2 shooters being mentioned. Body armor was mentioned in reference to at least 1 of them. They were using elevated shooting positions and I get the sense they would hit and then move to a new location. All in all it means they planned well in advance, this wasn't a snap decision.
