I don't think Bill threatened anyone. I think that Lynch was just personally delivering a message from Obama that he wasn't going to go after her. After all, Hitlery is going to continue on with most, if not all, of Barack Hussein's policies to destroy America, so why should he let someone else (Trump) have the opportunity to destroy all he's done.

This meeting was just a conformation of what was already assumed to happen. And, they met on the plane to prevent anyone from overhearing it. A plane can be sealed off a lot better than a building.

Nothing about this meeting was "chance."

Two possibilities; 1, he never got exposed to anything too sensitive. 2, He has something very substantial on one or both of them that would be released in the event of his untimely demise.
