Well, if Clinton can get a "no prosecution" for her national security crimes, Petty Officer First Class Saucier is asking for the same treatment.
It appears Clinton has opened up another can of worms. Now, everyone wants the same treatment she got.

I doubt if he, unlike Hillary, has the necessary incriminating evidence; video, photos, emails, texts, banking transactions, or phone calls, on the officers who will preside over his courts martial.
