Just wondering if anyone has anything out of the ordinary and if so do you have a firearm to go with it?
The least mainstream I have as far as ammo only are some .41 Short aka .41 rimfire I picked up in a box of mixed ammo at an auction. I think the little O/U derringer is the only thing that used it that might still be available but I've never run across one.
I've also got some steel cased .45 ACP from WWII. Not really unique or odd I guess but you don't see it all that often. All my other stuff is pretty common.
Almost forgot. I do have some Russian 7N1 sniper ammo (don't see it much any more) that I keep meaning to test in my M39 but haven't found the time. Also have some of the old 8x50R Lebel ammo with the bronze bullets. I've got my Berthier 07/15 mile. 16 I can try it in but I doubt it will fire. The older stuff didn't seem to have primers that held up over time. Probably due to poor storage over the last 100 years.
