Those are almost too ugly to be interesting. My first thought was that Remington was trying for a contract with the Klingon Empire

Meh. Doesn't do anything a Glock can't do.

And doesn't look as good either. That's saying something as Glocks aren't exactly lookers.

I happen to like the look of a Glock. Not as much as a 1911 but at least as much as a Berretta.

This, though, looked like an ugly squirt gun. Sort of like some of the new Walthers.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Considering that Remington has made some very elegant rifles and shotguns in the past, it is a shame that they come out with this pistol that is anything but elegant.

    Form follow function? Nope.

Remington, like everything else bought by freedom group, is just a name now. Quality and style mean nothing, the consumer will buy whatever garbage they turn out.

To sum it up; Ambi slide stop flexes and does not work for a left handed shooter.Holds 18 rounds but does not do well feeding from a full mag. Does a little better with hollow points vs. ball ammo. Rounds seem to nose down in the mag after the first round fired and that binds up the slide to the extent that you have to drop the mag to get it to work. May take 1000 rounds to break it in. Bottom line .... get a Glock.
