Was talking today with a coworker about what would happen if she is charged or indicted before the election? Would she stay on the ballot. Would Bernie replace her or would the DNC pick someone? What about the early ballots? Would/could the election legally be postponed?

I am wondering if there was some e-mail that was found on this computer that contradicts the testimony of Clinton or one of her close aides. I don't see how the FBI can do a good investigation in less than 2 weeks, especially given how forthcoming Clinton has been.
I also like how Clinton is calling or the FBI to release what they have. As a lawyer she knows that in doing this they will compromise the investigation so that will not happen. But it does try to make her seem like the victim her. Problem is, she is the victim. The victim of her own stupidity.

I don't think it was a case of stupidity on her part. She feels she is exalted above everyone else and that laws don't apply to her. So far, she's been right about that.
Her arrogance/hubris, and flaunting the law, is what got her into trouble. Everything she's done, she's done deliberately because she felt she was untouchable.

I read something today that puts a different light on things-
It seems that Obama has a secure handheld device- a phone, blackberry....who knows what it is....
Now, in order for him to send/receive comms to/from anyone on his "Blackberry" the sender must be explicitly approved and authorized to access that device.
If this IS the case, it appears that someone approved her server to connect to Obama.....
Do you see where this goes?
If true, emailgate goes all the way to the top and she is enjoying protection from the top. This would also explain the panic her aides had over Wikileaks proving they had exchanged email
