Since it's not a treaty and is more or less an eo, 0bama knows Trump is going to wreck it as soon as he gets into office. An eo, like the one that allowed 0bama to bypass congress to declare war on Libya and all the other places he's bombed. If they try to nab our guys again I hope Trump has the fortitude to let them defend themselves.
