    After today, it's all historical.

Better than nothing. Wonder how long it will take to get implemented.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!

This is about time. I keep trying to understand why me almost son-in-law had to qualify with both M9 and M4 as a member of AFSOC and these elite airmen are not allowed to carry that weapon on them at all times?

Guys I work with have talked about this before. Hopefully each individual will not require a LOD (letter of designation) every 90 days, rather our CO could just sign a memorandum ever 90 days with the list of people approved.

My coworkers and I are entrusted with transporting and using every small arm under the sun as well as high explosives on a daily basis. Pretty asinine that I can't carry a personal weapon.

As I look at this more I am concerned that the decision to allow concealed carry will be the commanders meaning that the commanders could decide that no concealed carry is authorized even though it is. Also looks like it will be very restricted in that the permission, if authorized, will only be for a specific gun. If you carry a weapon other than the one authorized you will be in violation of the instruction. Like I said, it is better than before but not by much.
