    Exclamation Number 395 Tomorrow!

While not every Thanksgiving has always been on a Thursday, tomorrow is number 395. 2021 will be a big Year for Thanksgiving. I wish it was not so forgotten now. Wal-Mart is full of Christmas Stuff, even Publix did not have their Pilgrim Salt and Pepper Shakers for sale as they usually do every Fall. We all ways have ours at Lunch Time, for some reason all the Yankees down here wait till Dinner. Happy Thanksgiving to all. By the way, does anyone know what was the Name of the Indian Tribe that found the Pilgrims. Paul

    It is not forgotten
it is commercialized so much you do not see it.

Look at it like this. Oct give candy to strangers for what used to be a festival.
Nov give and take food and meet family, it's about family
Dec give and take presents from and meet family, it's about family
Jan get drunk and wonder how the bills from the last three go away.
While no one ever listens to me,
I am constantly being told to be quiet.

    In a world of snowflakes,
    be the heat..

I am sorry that you are over 400years old and remember the old days when it wasn't on a Thursday.

I can remember when my birthday was a day-off holiday, now its the Monday to that week. Columbus Day..

As we get older traditions are disregarded by the stupid.
