Cool, looks like a striker fired P-07. I do think making the magazines incompatible was pretty lame though. They should have either used the ambi mag system with the P-07, or kept the non-ambi for the P-10.

And while I'm on the subject of magazines, CZ's $50 mags are a main reason I never took the P-07/09 series seriously. No way am I jumping on board a new design until Mec-Gar comes out with some $20 magazines for it.

Hummm, round off the front and back of the slide and it looks like a knockoff of a Hi-Point.

I don't get/understand the current craze for striker fired guns. IMHO you get more positive ignition with a hammer and firing pin. I have experienced light primer strikes with multiple striker fired handguns although never with a Glock. With a SA or DA/SA hammer fired gun I believe you get a much better trigger. I wonder how many people who buy striker fired handguns spray lube up the striker channel as Glock says not to do or get lube in the channel inadvertently while cleaning the bolt face I also wonder how many people ever remove the striker and clean the striker channel.

That was my take on it as well. Interesting, but not so much that I would shift from my Glocks to CZ.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!
