Nice Otto
While no one ever listens to me,
I am constantly being told to be quiet.
In a world of snowflakes,
be the heat..
That's pretty cool otto, did you take that?

"And how we burned in the camps later thinking, what would things have been like, if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain, whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?"

Ah yes the majestic thunderheads of the American plains. My lawn and tomatoes were just about done for but a few inches in a few hours the other day fixed that, shoulda seen the crazy thunderheads and cloud to cloud lightning.

Now THERE is one fine Mopar.
Wish it didn't have the blingy wheels though.....
On a side note, a friend of mine once looked at a '69 Charger with a 383 that ran rough and made a terrible ticking noise when it ran.
The car was in absolutely perfect condition and I advised my friend to buy it, or else I would. How much? $250. Yes two hundred and fifty dollars!
Since I was fairly knowledgeable about Mopar engines (especially B blocks), I was almost certain that the problem in the engine was a plugged oil passage to the rocker shaft which lubricated the rocker arms.
This usually caused the pushrod to run dry in the rocker arm and wear right through it.
I was right... two intake pushrods (cylinders 1 and 3) had "machined" their way right through their rocker arms and bent the pushrods, causing the rough running and clacking.
Clean out the oil galleries, replace two rocker arms and two pushrods and that 383 purred like a kitten.
How stupid I was. I should have DISSUADED my buddy from buying it and got it myself. What a dummy I was.
