    Gunshow scores ...

Traded straight across for a Astra Cub, engraved & nickeled in 22 short ... I think it was about fair, I think we were both "in" our pieces under retail

This may be the one that shoots a 6.5 something ... Something that takes a shortened 223 case and uses a standard bolt & mag.

I Didn't need another AR lower, as I've already got 4 complete lowers in the safe BUT I liked the logo enough to give $100 for it and it's made in Kansas! Plus I already have almost everything else to finish it except the mag catch, button and front t-d pin; I found them for $23 but an Anderson LPK w/o trigger/hammer was only $30 so I went that way.
<sigh> that's how spare parts turn into complete guns. </sigh>

I'd stopped in the shop of an old gun-show buddy that I hadn't seen in a while ... I wasn't looking for anything, but it seems that's when I'm vulnerable ...

He had a NOS CZ 75 TS two-tone in 40S&W that piqued my interest ... he'd ordered it in 2005 and the interested party never returned. Thinking he'd keep it he put it in his safe but recently put it on the shelf, I couldn't get it out of my head, went back and bought it and it seems to have started another CZ craze in me!

When I took it out to shoot I grabbed my 805 Bren to round out the afternoon. After a couple mag changes I was thinking the original magwell would be a nice option over the NATO magwell that accepts the more common AR mags ... So I checked the CZ site and ordered the "retro" magwell and 5 mags.

I was on another site and there was a CZ75 thread and I got the itch for one. I'm not big on DA/SA pistols but while perusing GunBroker I came across a CZ 75 SA that I liked ... It had a BIN price but I felt it was too much it ended while I unavailable to watch it so I put in what I was willing to pay, and had a pleasant suprise when I got home and just unde a week later it joined my eclectic collection.

I saw back a page or so that you said that's a CZ with Tangifold parts, but what model CZ is it?

Even if I wasn't in a CZ heat I'd I'd be hot for it ...

That, probably, has a pretty interesting history behind it.
