    I Go Both Ways...HELP!

I am inherently Glock but I self-identify 1911. This apparent conflict has made it difficult to integrate into normal society. I have been swinging 1911 lately having recently satisfied my Glock lust with a wild tryst involving a brand new blue label 30S. It will be a long term affair but we are not exclusive. My wandering eye has settled on the new SA EMP Concealed Carry Contour. I like round butts.

The problem is that I have pledged my heart to another. The S&W 1911sc. I cannot do both...there is only so much of me to go around. What would you do? And yes, I know Kimber is sexy and Dan Wesson is gorgeous but its these two.

Springfield did right with the EMP, bragging that they designed it literally as a scaled down 1911. Great "little" pistol in the true tradition of the 1911, just a bit smaller and a different caliber.

I wish. My Village would not have a sense of humor on discharging a firearm in my subdivision.

Good info as I have not handled one. I was unaware it was scaled down. 9+1 AND a diminutive form factor 1911...I think EMP is overtaking the scandium.

I'll have you know 2 brand new indoor ranges have just opened by me. Check out Point Blank in Hodgkins & Eagle Arms (I think) in Oak Forest. Cheap shooting & very friendly staff. If you think you'd be up for it we could hurl lead @ one or both.

True enough. Sometimes that's what I do when I don't think anybody is looking.
