    Question FEG pistols

Took the day off and was browsing some shop when I ran across a neat looking pistol. It's a FEG P9RK. At first glance it looks like a Browning Hi-Power with a 4.25" barrel but with a decocker as its DA/SA not SA. I can't find much about this one other than it it has more in common with a S&W M59 than an HP. It's blued with just a little blue loss, I'd say 90%+ on finish. Seems tight and right. Comes with two original 14rd mags. Price is $375.00. I'm thinking it might make a great truck gun. Mags are likely hard to find but since it comes with two that might not be a huge issue as long as they both work. I've read you can modify an M59 mag if needed.

Basically I haven't found much negative about it cause I really haven't found any info to speak of. I do know they were only made from 2003-2005, (at least this particular model) and that based on the serial # this one was near the end of that production. Antoine have any info and or experience with FEG pistols in general or this model in particular? TIA

i have no knowledge on that particular model, but i have an old ww2 bring back femaru (which is/was/became... feg ( that im looking for parts for )) and a much newer pa-63 and the only thing i have bad to say about either of them are the calibers. not easy finding 32 acp or 9mm mak (although i do have a 380 conversion bbl for the pa63.....somewhere)

Based on what little I can find about this particular model and comments from others I'm going to pass on this one. While its kind of a neat firearm, all steel, compact, common caliber, etc., it doesn't seem likely that parts are readily available and mags aren't something that you can just order in a minute. On top of that I'm thinking the "risk price", (what your willing to risk on a purchase due to unknown factors) for me at least would be about $150. This one can go to someone else.

the FEG HP lookin guns ( closer to a tangfoglio actually) are usually $275-300 here.

theres no real "deal" for $375 , mags are $$ and you might not even break even it you ever sell it.

Ah, I see. Thanks. What's the value adjustment from lowest to highest? Mine is KBI. I'm guessing that Kassnar is the most valuable, followed by KBI and then Century is the lowest?

I bought Mine when they first came out NIB with two 10 round magazines (this was during Clinton's AW ban years so nothing came with high caps). It was about $275.00
