Yep, waiting on the traditional Easter freeze to zap them.

I do remember one Winter last century that was so rainy and warm, that even the Johnson Grass and Bermuda Grass stayed green all Winter. Back in the mid 80s as I recall.

Scary part of this warmth in the midwest is the guaranteed drop in temp which brings the possibilities of a massive tornado outbreak. Indiana has been about 20 to 30 degrees above normal, with predictions of a cold front moving through at the end of the week. Everything is ripe and right for some really bad stuff from the sky.

Yeah, we had a heavy line of thunderstorms come thru at 4:30pm yesterday, with tornado warning for our immediate area. San Antonio got hit with something last night; straight line winds or tornado.
