    Back

    Back after a month in hospital...open heart sugrery and valve repaclement....will try to be more...lest's not forget the stroke....

    Welcome back. Glad you made it through all that. No small feat, right?

    I wondered where you were.... Dad went through that operation for 5 clogged arteries. He made out fine after that.

    Glad to see you back! Look into cayenne pepper pills to help keep arteries and veins and so on clear, they also help with pain.
