Post Joanie from Happy Days, Died yesterday.

Erin Moran who we remember as Joanie, Richie Cunningham's little Sister, from Happy Days. Died Yesterday, at 56. Did not say why She Died. After the Show was Cancelled, She did not last long in Acting. Some Movies here and there, some Acting on T.V., but she mostly disappeared from T.V. I guess she went to College and got a Job. Paul

Actually Paul she lived here in Indiana, mostly in a trailer park but sometimes homeless. It was so sad to see a budding actress fall into such ruin.

Drugs and alcohol abuse plagued her after her TV employment ended.

Child actors seem to have a really high burn out rate as adults.
Where are we going and why are we in this handbasket???

Autopsy result say she died of an undisclosed cancer. Probably didn't have the money or insurance for treatment. Really sad.

My mom was really sad when she read about it. My mom always told me growing up that when I was a baby the lady kissed me on the cheek and complimented my parents. It's sad to hear of people with talent and former fame fall to the lows that they sometimes do.
