In the first round of voting in the 2017 French presidential election, En Marche! progressive candidate Emmanuel Macron came away with 24 percent, and the Front National's "far right" Marine Le Pen grabbed 22 percent, with 50 percent reporting. The numbers guarantee them both a spot in the runoff.

In a speech following the results, a confident Le Pen told her supporters that France's "survival" is at stake.



I'm very proud of the French for FINALLY growing a pair and standing up to Islam. Unfortunately though, the odds of Marine Le Pen winning in the second round of elections are not looking good. I'm ok with that though, the fact that she made it this far bodes well for the future of the National Front IMO. Marine Le Pen's defeat in the second round, will only make her base even more determined in the next cycle. Couple that with the inevitable additional and horrific terrorist attacks that will follow her defeat, and I expect the National Front to come back with a vengeance in the next election cycle.

All of Europe is pretty much Socialist, so I think she kinda has to adopt to that policy. France is getting it's ass kicked by Islam, and she's the only person trying to really stop it. If France doesn't vote for Marine Le Pen in the second round, then I can honestly say that I'll have a really hard time shedding tears for them the next time a terrorist mows down 85 people in a lorry over there.

Le Pen is a lifelong conservative, the daughter of a lifelong conservative patriot. Trump was a NYC dem for 99.9 percent of his life and then he decides to run as a republican presidential candidate. He's either behind on or completely backed away from almost all of his campaign promises so far. That's not out of character for Trump at all since he's been a card carrying dem friend of killary and bill almost all his life, what is out of character is for him to be a conservative patriot. He has also packed his cabinet, from treas to dod to state, with nwo shills, only Bannon seems to be on our side. It would be entirely out of character for Le Pen to turn into the French Trump and go back on all she has stood for for decades.
