    Hopefully, CA (and a lot of other states) will get its hand slapped if the ruling supports the Constitution.

    I hope Gorsuch stands with the Constitution on this one....

    I'd like to see one more original Constitutionalist judge appointed before this comes up so it will be a slam dunk. Then I'd like to see the ban on new MG sales challenged and defeated.

    Unfortunately, the Supreme Court just refused to grant certiorari:

    The high court said Monday it would not hear a National Rifle Association-supported legal challenge by California resident Edward Peruta, who challenged a state law limiting gun-carrying permits to those showing "good cause" and a San Diego County policy that says concern about personal safety is not sufficient to fulfill the requirement.
