East Coast Members, Be Ready....

Hurricane Irma's projected path looks like it's going to bring it to landfall somewhere along the East Coast of the US now.

While it could still miss us completely, it's better to be ready JIC. It might not be a bad idea to start stocking up on family necessities before those who wait until the last minute clean the shelves off at local stores.

Gulf Coast people should be watching it, too, as it could stay on a more westerly path and come in low.

The other day I saw about 300-400 blackbirds sitting on power lines around here (usually they do this before a winter storm blows in). Maybe they know something already.

Well, I just wanted everyone in the possible areas that might be affected, to be ready....

What really pissing me off is that I'm going to be vacationing in FLA soon and these tears of global warming may devastate the state before I get there, or while I'm there. Can I call Algore and get the traumatic global change put on hold till November?

As of today, Irma appears to be on track for coming in low and hitting either Florida or entering the Gulf.

Thursday or Friday of this week will tell which way she's going to go.

Be watchful and stay on top of things if your anywhere near it's projected path.

I live near Picayune, Ms and work in Slidell, la and new Orleans and they are really concern about flooding. All of the new pumps in Orleans are not ready and half of the old ones don't work.
I'm pretty much ready, just need some more gas for the gennys.

Now, it's predicted to hit SE FL, then come up the east coast. GA and SC are in it's sights now.
