I remember this comic book. I was moved by the image. Superman (and his dog Krypton) stand in front of a mural .... in awe of the human heroes of 9/11. And sadly, unlike Superman, they were not invincible and so many died being heroes.

Coming up from Louisville, KY. through IN. on I-65 seen quite a few of the overpasses manned by veterans holding never forget signs and OLD GLORY WAVING, God that was a awesome sight.
