Flynn May Be Cooperating With Mueller

Former National Security Adviser Michael T. Flynn may be cooperating with Special Counsel Robert Mueller, according to the New York Times, which reports that Flynn’s lawyers have terminated an agreement with White House lawyers to share information.

Such an agreement would have to be terminated if one party began cooperating with prosecutors because of a potential conflict of interest that could damage the non-cooperating defendant.

I don't know. Mueller is a seasoned old prosecutor. He knows how to lean on suspects to try to get them to talk.

First it was low-level lackeys like Papadopoulos, then Manafort, and now he's moving up the food chain to get to the higher-ups in the Trump campaign.

This investigation was supposed to be concluded by Thanksgiving. Now it seems it's kicking into overdrive...

I don't know about that. From what I have read he is an old prosecutor that gets conviction using dubious an legally questionable tactics. He appears to be the type of lawyer that people like to hate because justice is not his goal, winning at all costs (even if winning means killing the reputation of innocent people) is.

I'm sure he'll do his best to get to the bottom of Russian collusion.

HE's a seasoned HACK. All you have to do is look at his team of Democrat hacks. Trump should've cleaned house at the FBI day 1. They simply have zero credibility, it's become a political group of democrat protectors.

Flynn Pleads Guilty to Lying to FBI, Ready to Testify Against Kushner, Trump

On Friday, ABC News Chief Investigative Correspondent Brian Ross reported that he was told by a confidante that former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn is ready to testify “against President Trump,” and that then-candidate Trump ordered him to make contact with the Russians.

Ross said, “He has promised full cooperation to the Mueller team. He’s prepared to testify, we are told by a confidante, against President Trump, against members of the Trump family, and others in the White House. He is prepared to testify that President Trump, as a candidate…ordered him and directed him to make contact with the Russians, which contradicts all that Donald Trump has said at this point.”

Ross added that he was told Flynn only made the decision to cooperate in the last 24 hours, and did so in the face of mounting legal bills.

Michael Flynn pleads guilty to false-statements charge in Russia probe

Former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn pleaded guilty Friday to making false statements to the FBI – as part of a deal that involves his full cooperation with investigators in Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia probe.

Court documents show Flynn has acknowledged to investigators that at least two Trump transition members were involved in his outreach to Russian officials – though he initially gave false statements about those discussions.

Heard on Rush, today, that all of this is based on a journalist's, of questionable credibility, assumption about what he thinks is going on.

I'd be inclined to call this "article" more fake news propaganda.

Are you saying both Fox News and Breitbart are fake news outlets now as well??

I wouldn't. If you read the Brietbart article they are simply reporting what the AP and ABC News have stated. The scourge of those reports, AP and ABC would be the "fake news outlets" as they are the ones making the claims.

I cannot see how Trump got as much help from the Russians as Hillary got from the Saudis and LaRaza.
