Of course. The two biggest "blue" areas are in the NE (Shitcago, C(r)ook County, & surrounding areas) and East St. Louis/St. Clair county with all the "deadheads". Even the capitol of Springfield doesn't seem to be as blue as St. Clair county. Champaign, where the U of I is located, is another blue area, thanks to all the college numbskulls (both students & instructors).
