Illegal Immigrant Can Carry Guns: Federal Judge
After today, it's all historical.
Judge Coleman should be stripped of her law license.
I have an idea the original framers of the Constitution granted those 2A rights to legal American citizens, not illegal invaders.
If he were in possession of a firearm, how did he obtain it legally? There is no way answering Form 4473 truthfully would have allowed him to purchase one legally.
And, if he lied on the form, then that's like lying under oath. Laws were broken either way.
IF this idiot judge's ruling stands, it won't end well for anybody.
She must be a Yale graduate.

Good point. If an illegal can own a firearm, and the 4473 cannot be legally filled out, do two wrongs make it right?
And if an illegal doesn't have to fill out a 4473, why do I?
