Thumbs up A few new ones

I've gotten a lot more than these in lately but haven't taken photos. Will try to remedy that.

Picked these two Buck models up yesterday.

Buck 110 with nickle bolsters and leather holster (LNIB)

This is a standard model except it has nickle bolsters instead of brass. Was told it was part of a contracted order from someone, probably a distributor or someone like Gander Mtn. Will try to find out more about it. I love the 110 model, must have 5-6 of them and the nickle is very nice.

    Buck 655 Short Nighthawk

Really like this one. Made in 2008, NIB with sheath. Been considering one of these but didn't want the black coated blade. Great feel, nice look IMO and it really takes an edge well.

Lastly is a DPX H.E.S.T folder I've had on order since the end of June last year. Made by Lionsteel in Italy. There were some issues of varying degree with the Limited Edition models that came over first but these Regular Productions seem to have little or none of those.

It's got D2 steel, titanium and G10 wit the Lionsteel Roto-Lock which basically locks the blade in the open position and turns it into a fixed blade. It's got wire strippers, a wire breaker as well as a windshield/glass breaker and a bottle opener which also let's you wave open it with one hand. I'm very pleased with it and plan on making it my EDC for the forseeable future.

Hope you all have a great knife day!

Thanks. I've slowed down a bit actually. There are two new Bucks coming out that I want.

    The Ron Hood Hoodlum

    http://www.buckknives.com/index.cfm?...productID=3947

Should run me about $90 with my Buck Collectors Club discount and the

    Buck 110 Chairman Series

    http://www.buckknives.com/index.cfm?...productID=3950

    About $40 with my discount.

As far as Bucks go that's about it expect for the older 110's that I run across.

Also 3-4 new Spyderco models I'm waiting to get but no release dates on those so it might be months before those come in.
