    as the title says I suspect this machine actually makes pistol caliber brass..but If any one here knows what this rather pricey machine does lemme know. on a related note anyone have a good site for someone curious about rifle brass manufacture?

    $27,000 for each machine? The term "Return on Investment" (ROI) comes to mind... I don't care what it does, for $27,000 I can buy a crap load of ammo to last me and my children and grand children for generations!

    im gonna say it loads.

    brass in the first hopper, bullets in teh 2nd, powder in the little silver can in the middle, flip switch, walk away.

    That's just it; I haven't a clue. if it is a loader it is waaay too damn expensive for me.

    Yes. I've been in a small scale comercial loading operation before and they had several of these - albeit quite a bit older. It's a comercial loader. Look closely and you will see some standard dies along the front.

    The operation that I saw had case reconditioning and gaging equipment and then the loaders - it was In PA when I lived there. I think it was for sale and I was with a friend and we were visiting the owner for some reason. I remember being facinated by the set-up.
