I don't have any pics of them yet, but I got a Remy 700 in .308 LH, a Ruger M77 Hawkeye in .308 LH, and a 1909 Winny Model 1894 SRC in .30 WCF with a shotgun buttstock.

(I know, I need to rectify that. I'm working on it...)
How do you compromise with someone when their idea of compromise is to give them what THEY want?

The one below the M14 is my fathers Model 99F .300 Savage. I own it now.

Trying to get on the no fly list, one post at a time.

    Some good looking fudds!!!!

And jester! Glad you found your way over here

Hey - do the Marlin's have the same thread count barrels and nuts as the Savages? If so, that means they are easy barrel switch candidates too - is that what you did? I bet that's a great cast boolit shooter

I take offense to including lever action as fudd guns, lever actions are cowboy guns and cowboys are not fudds.

Jim Zumbo is a cowboy and a fudd. How do you explain that?

And just to keep the thread on-track:

Marlin 336 rechambered to .356 Win by Regan Nonneman:

I had the rifle built as the action was squared and trued and the lugs squared and lapped. But you are correct it is the same thread as the savage small shank. BUT when you head space sometimes you will have to remove a few thousands from the breach end of a savage barrel to head space correctly. Other wise it is a bolt on deal.

And as of yet I have not fired 1 single round out of the rifle lol. I just got it a few days ago. But the builder did shoot some sub 5 shot 1/2 groups at 100 yards with the Sierra 225Gr at 2800FPS.

I have some Speer 250Gr SP Hot-Core's loaded up to try when I am able to get to the range.
